Return & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item received is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@loveissues.store


To be eligible for a refund on a defective item:

 

- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.

- All original tags must be attached and intact.

- It must be returned with all original parts, accessories, and packaging, including the packing slip.

- The return must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

- All items from the same order must be returned in one shipment.

 

If all conditions are met, we will issue a refund excluding original shipping costs. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded.

If a return is denied, you have 7 days to request the item be sent back to you. After this period, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.




REFUND TIMING

 


Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive the item. Refunds are returned to the original payment method:

 

- Credit/Debit Card: Timing depends on your card issuer.

- PayPal: Refund is immediate to your PayPal account.

 


Items marked FINAL SALE or NON-RETURNABLE cannot be refunded under any circumstances.


 

IDENTIFICATION TAGS

 


Items must have the original tag attached. Once the tag is removed, the item becomes non-returnable.
