RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for store credit only within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.
- All original tags must be attached and intact.
- It must be returned in original packaging, with the packing slip (or proof of purchase).
- The item must be free of odors, stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
- The return must be shipped back within 7 days of approval (tracking required).
Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return, contact us at sales@loveissues.store with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.
RETURN SHIPPING & FEES
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@loveissues.store with photos.
If confirmed, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE
- Items marked FINAL SALE (sale/discounted items) are non-returnable.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Items with removed tags or any signs of wear/use are non-returnable.
- Socks (and other hygiene/intimate items) are non-returnable.
STORE CREDIT TIMING
Store credit is issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Store credit is delivered via the email associated with the order.
ABUSE PREVENTION
We reserve the right to deny returns or limit return privileges in cases of suspected abuse or excessive return activity.
IDENTIFICATION TAGS
Items must have the original tag attached. Once the tag is removed, the item becomes non-returnable.
